A Virtual Community website uses dynamic pages. A dynamic web page is built FRESH every time a user requests a page. It uses database technology, which takes information from a community’s private database and creates a new web page every time it is requested. We will register it during the set up process. We request that you provide us with your top three choices, in a priority order. Consider using a top-level domain name such as, YourCommunity.com. Don't forget, .net, .org or other extensions are also options. You can register your own domain name and tell us what it is. Then you will be responsible for renewals and email setup with your own registrar.
For a limited time, the initial registration for the first year is free (if we register your name). After the first year the yearly registration fee is $35 a year if we maintain the domain name for you. You can register it your self if you wish.

Yes. Most customizations can be easily accomplished by our Tech Support staff. Just ask us what you want. In some cases, a request may be referred to our engineering department for design changes. Yes. We will customize and setup a site to your specifications. You pick themes and supply logos or pictures and we will do the initial setup, with your help and directions.

The service fee is invoiced on a quarterly or yearly basis. If you wish to pay monthly via PayPal, we do offer a monthly online payment subscriptions. Yes the community can set ad prices and sell ads on the web site. All transactions are between the association and the advertiser.
Yes. We have many online community sites but we do not display them publicly on our main web site. Most of our sites maintain different levels of security access. For other examples or information, please send us an email request. Specify what kind of examples you would like to see (Home Owners Associations, Condos, Churches...)
